3 Areas You Never Think to Invest In Your Health

There are a few things in life you just have to splurge.  We got to nice restaurants, have nice clothes, and enjoy great vacations but daily, we are spending hours in three areas where we financially believe it is not prudent to spend a large amount of money.

The list is a few yet most when looking at the price tag we walk away.  Splurging on the things where you spend most of your time, energy, and well being is wise both financially and physically.

Here is a list of three things we spend around 8 hours a day every day using.  Most use two out of three if not all.  Together, they make up our day.  Consider getting the most bang for your buck and begin getting proactive for our health.

Bed and Bedding

When doctors are encouraging us to sleep 7 to 8 hours a day, we skimp when it comes to mattresses and sheet sets. Why do we settle for a cheap and flimsy mattress from a dollar store for our rest? Why spend so much time on low count sheets? Purchase sleep accessories which are going to help you sleep better and more comfortable. Invest in your rest and your body will thank you for it.

Shoes and Accessories

No, not name brand.  Shoes and shoe accessories that your feet will thank you. Purchase great comfortable shoes because they will be taking care of your feet for many hours of the day. This is especially important if you perform a service where you are on your feet six or more hours a day. Buy support products to enhance your shoes. Grab great socks which assist your feet.

Also, if you are on your feet most of the time, invest in a great floor mat which will be easier on your feet and your back.  You are going to need your feet your whole life. Take great care of them.

Work Space

Like you bed, your body is most likely at your desk or work space for 7 to 8 hours a day. Buying a $50 desk chair with no support is bad for your health.  It could lead to a lot of pain.

If your vehicle is your office, make sure when choosing a vehicle it has superb seats. Massage mechanisms, heating pads, etc. are nice buy great foam and support are very important to your body.  Make your work space work for you and not you for your work space.
